Summer Camp Programs

The 2009 summer camp season is just around the corner and the camp staff is working feverishly to bring girls and troops alike a fun camping experience like never before. We are proud to announce that Camp Piperwood, Camp Timbercrest and Camp Seven Hills are all ACA certified for meeting stringent safety, staff, property and program guidelines.

New programs offered for this year's camp season include fun, age-appropriate, exciting programs such—

  • Groovy Girls is a program that allows girls to create their own groovy girl character. As a part of this program, girls will receive their own Groovy Girl Doll.
  • For girls who enjoying singing, "Camp Seven Hills is Alive with the Sound of Music" program will offer girls the chance to make their own musical instrument and entertain their friends and family at a talent show.
  • Girls will be pampered with facials, aromatherapy and learn relaxation techniques at Spa Timbercrest. Girls will take home natural skin products such as bath salts, facial masks and lip balm that they make themselves.
  • Horseback riding will still be available at Camps Seven Hills and Timbercrest. Girls can enjoy English riding at Camp Seven Hills and Western riding at Camp Timbercrest.

Qualified staff is certified in First Aid/CPR, Risk Management, Child Development and interview screening process to include criminal and sex offender background checks.

Early bird discounts, sibling discounts and financial aid are still available.

The following properties will run summer day camp programs. They are Camp Piperwood, Camp Windy Meadows, Camp Sky High and Camp Timbercrest.

The following properties will run resident (overnight) camp programs. They are Camp Seven Hills and Camp Timbercrest.

The following summer camp programs will be "rested" for the upcoming camping season. They are Camp Pinewood, Camp Zoar Valley and Camp Oak Orchard.
