Summer Camp Confirmation Packet Materials 2010

Parents please print all forms listed in the confirmation packets below for the camp that your daughter plans to attend.  Complete and bring all forms from the camp confirmation packet with your daughter on her first day of camp. 

Girl Scout camp application forms may be found in your brochure.  Your completed camp application form along with payment should be sent to the Council Service Center as directed on the form.  You will receive an order number for your registration along with an invoice by mail to the address provided on your application.  Final payments are due no later than three (3) weeks prior to your camper's session date.
